Solution
Since we had to build a financial statistics visualization platform from scratch we started from the discovery phase. First, we created the design and together with the client agreed on the core functionality of the app. Once we had a clear vision of the app we created the software architecture. We used Azure cloud infrastructure, ASP.NET Core framework for the back-end, and Angular 7 for the front-end.
Result
After 3 months of work, we had scalable MVP and 12 months later the product was successfully released to production.
Business goals the app currently solve:
- Helps to make predictions on risks regarding loans applicants, dealers and companies performance.
- Exposes generic tools for building custom charts from multiple available data sources.
- Creates comparison reports of profit and performance of dealers, companies, branches, etc.
While the core product has been already implemented currently, Honeycomb continues to support the project, working on new features and improving existing ones.
