Solution
The Honeycomb Software team, together with the product owner, had to build a scalable MVP for the client in order to validate the idea, bring it to market & attract the first customers. Once we created the UI design we started working on the architecture of the app. The first step was to pick the right technologies so that product would be scalable and easy to maintain in the future.
Result
As a result of tight cooperation, we successfully created MVP using serverless architecture on AWS which allowed us to implement new features and meet existing & potential customers’ needs.
Currently, we are working on new business features according to SCRUM.
