Solution
Firstly, we started with UI/UX and Custom dashboards functionality. We completely revised the design and implemented the business tasks of the client regarding data visualization. Secondly, another team started work with a research module that scraps all necessary information from different sources, stores it, and gives access to endpoints for consumers. Finally, we started work with Product Discovery Analysis using NLP (Natural Language Processing) to analyze customer feedback.
Result
We built a SaaS platform for E-commerce. The system handles orders, users, and other sensitive information. The system is secure and durable. In addition to common functionality for multi-tenant retailers, we also use machine learning to analyze user reviews (NLP) confirming consumer satisfaction and for forecasting purposes. An important feature is that the trading engine is built on a modular architecture allowing rapid experimentation and scaling.
