About the project

Trialology is a web application that simplifies the process of finding eligible patients for drug studies. It accelerates clinical research and improves trial efficiency. By connecting patients to promising treatments sooner, the app helps advance medical breakthroughs that have the potential to enhance the quality of life. 

The client approached Honeycomb Software to design and develop a scalable Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that would facilitate patient recruitment for clinical trials. As the project was still in the conceptual stage, the key objective was to create a robust and flexible foundation for future expansion.

To create the MVP, the Honeycomb Software team followed a structured, business-centered approach, ensuring a seamless experience for both doctors and patients:

UX research and design 

The team collaborated closely with the client to define the app’s core functionality and user requirements. By conducting in-depth research, they gained insights into the challenges doctors face when recruiting patients for trials and designed a solution tailored to their needs.

The specialists created an intuitive, mobile-friendly user interface that allows doctors to navigate the system effortlessly and manage patient recruitment efficiently.

Software architecture and development

After six months of development, Triaology successfully got the functional and scalable MVP that simplifies patient recruitment for drug studies.
