We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function in a fast-growing IT company with 100+ employees. This is a unique opportunity to build HR processes from the ground up and ensure a strong, positive, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Process Development:
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Design and execute strategies for employee engagement, development, and retention.
Establish and maintain performance management and employee evaluation frameworks.
Lead the creation of corporate benefits and compensation programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture.
Build and implement employee feedback and engagement systems (surveys, focus groups, etc.).
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and workplace mediation.
Develop programs to recognize and reward employee achievements.
Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and design training and development programs.
Lead initiatives for leadership development and succession planning.
Organize workshops, coaching sessions, and other learning opportunities.
HR Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage HR records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
Lead internal audits related to HR processes and compliance.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
Establish HR reporting and metrics tracking (turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.).
Provide data-driven insights to support company decision-making.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in a scaling IT or tech environment.
Proven track record of setting up and managing HR processes independently.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR software and reporting tools is a plus.
