REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools, techniques and search channels
- Successful experience in closing vacancies in a short-term period
- Responsibility, result-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
- Intermediate English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, offer negotiations
- Search, select, and headhunt the best talents for our growing team
- Resumes and candidates pre-screening
- Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews
- Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain database of candidates for further opportunities
