Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in selling services in the Software development company;
- Advanced English Level;
- Excellent communication skills, successful experience in negotiations;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and business plan goals;
- Ability to analyze and generalize sales data.

Responsibilities:
- Validating Leads;
- Conducting calls with leads;
- Gathering initial requirements;
- Conducting a cycle of the agreement from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Closing deals;
- Measure and control Sales objectives on a monthly basis and correct as needed;
- Create weekly/monthly reports;
- Conducting Daily / Weekly / Monthly meetings with the Sales Team;
- Analyze current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them;
- Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers.
