We seek a Talent Sourcer to join our friendly and supportive recruitment team at Honeycomb Software.

About Us:
Our recruitment team comprises a Head of People Ops & Recruitment, a Recruiter, and a Sourcer. We work closely together, share knowledge, and are ready to support you as you grow in your role.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and identify top IT talent using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.).
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure candidate fit.
- Communicate with candidates professionally and build long-term relationships.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ years of IT sourcing experience (preferably in an outsourcing company or recruitment agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Understanding of the IT industry and key roles within it.
- Ability to create compelling messages to engage candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
