About the Project

Our client operates a digital rental marketplace that streamlines interactions between landlords, renters, and real estate agents. This platform enhances the leasing process by offering a seamless, tech-driven experience for property listing, tenant screening, lease signing, and secure payment processing. With a user-friendly interface, it enables landlords to manage properties efficiently while providing renters with intuitive tools to explore and secure rentals effortlessly.

What You Will Do: 

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET and React 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features 
• Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality code 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions 
• Work with databases, APIs, and third-party integrations 

What We Expect from You: 

• 1+ years of experience with .NET (C#) and React (TypeScript) 
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn 
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher 

Would be a Plus: 

• Experience with SignalR, Azure, or Entity Framework 
• Knowledge of front-end state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
