We’re looking for a Part-time Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React) to join our team and contribute to the development of a data-driven platform for our client — a US-based RealEstateTech startup. 

Our customer is building intelligent tools at the intersection of commercial real estate and data science, helping investors and operators make smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team to design and implement solutions that connect data pipelines, automate ETL processes, and deliver intuitive user interfaces for property and investment management. 

What you’ll do: 

• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing workflows using Python. 
• Develop and maintain front-end components using React and TypeScript. 
• Integrate AI/LLM-powered tools (LangChain, OpenAI API) into data workflows. 
• Collaborate with the founding team to translate business goals into technical solutions. 
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of the codebase in a growing early-stage environment. 
• Contribute to architectural decisions and propose improvements to both backend and frontend systems. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 2+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. 
• Solid experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices. 
• Strong knowledge of building and maintaining ETL workflows. 
• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud environments, and relational databases. 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks or LangChain is a plus. 
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent working style. 
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher — you’ll work directly with the client. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience working in an early-stage startup or small cross-functional team. 
• Background in real estate, finance, or data analytics domains. 
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or infrastructure tools (Terraform, AWS). 
• Interest in applied AI and automation.
