We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team for a fixed-price project in the education domain. 

This role is a great fit for a designer who is comfortable working within a fixed-scope engagement, can estimate design efforts independently, and is confident communicating directly with the client. The collaboration model for this project is based on aligning on scope, fixed hours, and rate upfront, then moving into delivery with a clear timeline and priorities. 

We’re looking for someone self-sufficient, proactive, and product-minded — a designer who can not only create high-quality solutions but also independently drive communication, clarify requirements, and help shape the best design approach within a fixed-price setup. 

What you’ll do: 

• Estimate design efforts and help define the scope of work for a fixed-price collaboration  
• Work directly with the client to clarify requirements, align expectations, and move the design process forward  
• Design user-centered solutions for a digital product in the education domain  
• Translate business needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs  
• Prioritize work according to agreed scope, project phases, and delivery goals  
• Take ownership of design decisions and proactively suggest improvements  
• Ensure consistency, usability, and clarity across the product experience  
• Collaborate with the internal team and stakeholders to support delivery within agreed timelines  

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience as a Product Designer on digital products  
• Strong ability to estimate design work and plan tasks independently  
• Experience working directly with clients and managing design communication confidently  
• Ability to work autonomously and drive the design process with minimal supervision  
• Strong UX/UI skills, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design  
• Understanding of how to balance user needs, business goals, and delivery constraints in a fixed-price environment  
• Strong communication and presentation skills  
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher  

Nice to have: 

• Experience working on fixed-price projects  
• Experience in the education domain  
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and delivery stakeholders  
• Confidence facilitating discussions around scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
