We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (part-time) to join our team and help create human-centered clinical software for a UK-based healthcare technology company. 

Our client is a small, product-focused team working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Their mission is to build thoughtful digital solutions in collaboration with medical experts, with a strong focus on usability, quality, and real-world impact. 

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences for clinical software used in the healthcare domain. We’re looking for someone who is highly independent in their work, confident in communication, and comfortable collaborating directly in English with the client team. This is a part-time role with an expected engagement of around 16 hours per week. 

What you’ll do: 

• Lead the design process from discovery to final UI solutions 
• Transform complex product and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences 
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs 
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and product team members 
• Take ownership of design decisions and proactively move initiatives forward 
• Contribute to product thinking and help improve the overall user experience of the platform 
• Ensure consistency and clarity across product interfaces 
• Present and explain design ideas clearly to the client team in English 

What we’re looking for: 

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role 
• Strong experience designing digital products, ideally complex web-based systems 
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of design tasks 
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken 
• Confidence in client-facing communication and presenting design decisions 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking 
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs 
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints 
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment 

Nice to have: 

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated domains 
• Experience designing clinical or data-heavy software products 
• Familiarity with modern frontend environments such as React-based products 
• Experience working with small, fast-moving product teams 
• Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
