At Honeycomb Software, we believe in growing leaders from within and evolving with purpose. Ihor Pavlenko has recently stepped into the role of Head of Delivery, a move that reflects our commitment to both leadership development and innovation.
We asked Ihor a few questions about his vision for the role and what’s ahead for the company. Here’s what he shared.
— You’re now the Head of Delivery. What is the role about?
— One of the shifts Honeycomb Software has been making is showing that we’re not just about technology, but about business as well. That means we don’t just provide technical solutions; we support our clients throughout their journey as they grow and pursue their goals.

We’re aiming for long-term relationships: We invest our efforts, they invest their trust, and in the future, it brings results and partnership. So, the goal is to strengthen the partnership approach with every customer, turning every client relationship into a customer partnership.
Another direction is our transition to becoming a number one AI-driven company. We recently held a hackathon where participants used AI tools for coding. The idea was initiated and supported by our leadership team, and we’re really happy with the result.
I’ll also be working closely with the heads of the tech departments. We aim to integrate AI into all our services to help clients reach their goals faster.
So, the focus is to think more about business while also working with cutting-edge technologies and AI to deliver better quality and faster development.
— What excites you the most, professionally, about becoming the Head of Delivery?
— Probably, it’s the communication with our customers. I get to talk to clients who are true professionals, people who’ve achieved a lot in their industries — it’s inspiring to understand their journeys and see where we can align. At the same time, I’m learning from these professionals. I see myself as a connector — gaining experience and passing it on.
Also, being a speaker at events, sharing insights, contributing something new — it's great to share knowledge. Representing our company on the international stage is also something I look forward to.
— What would you like to achieve in a year?
— I want our company to become a powerhouse that actively promotes the AI-driven movement, to be among the first companies delivering AI solutions with full AI teams. Not in three or four years but to adapt quickly to the realities of today’s world to become a truly AI-driven business, where every process leverages artificial intelligence.
— Is there a message you’d like to share with our readers?
— Don’t be afraid of change — be the one who drives it.
— Like with AI.
— Exactly. The world is changing very fast right now. Don’t fear innovation — be the innovation.
