Enhancing a job matching platform with product design

As an early-stage product, the platform needed to evolve quickly while maintaining usability, consistency, and clarity across multiple user flows. 

The product serves different user groups, job seekers, and employers, each with distinct expectations around navigation, content clarity, and interaction patterns. Introducing new functionality without fragmenting the experience required careful design coordination. 

At the same time, several complex features were being introduced, including AI-powered feedback, multi-step questionnaires, extended authorization flows, and mobile adaptation. These features required a thoughtful UX design to remain intuitive and scalable.

• Authorization updates: Extended roles and access flows to support new user scenarios. 
• Employer experience improvements: Updated filters and job posting interfaces for easier candidate discovery. 
• Mobile adaptation: Usability alignment across mobile devices. 

The project delivered a cohesive and scalable UX foundation across key product areas, enabling the client to release new functionality with improved usability and consistency. 

The redesigned flows improved clarity for both job seekers and employers, reduced friction in complex interactions such as assessments and AI feedback and strengthened overall product coherence.
