Office-based — Rivne or Lviv, Ukraine 

We're looking for a Trainee Engineer ready to start a career in software development on a real, live project — not a training sandbox. From day one, you'll be part of an actual product team, and for your first 3 months you'll have a dedicated mentor guiding you through the codebase, the workflow, and the craft. 

We're open to any of the following stacks: 

• Node.js / React 
• .NET / React 
• Python / React 

You don't need to have it all figured out yet — what matters most is your ambition, your curiosity, and your willingness to put in the work. 

What you'll do 

• Work on real features and tasks within a live project alongside experienced engineers 
• Learn our codebase, tools, and development workflow with the support of a personal mentor for the first 3 months 
• Write, test, and refine code based on feedback from your team 
• Steadily take on more ownership as your skills grow 

What we're looking for 

• Based in Rivne or Lviv and able to work from the office — in-person time with your mentor is a key part of how you'll grow during the first 3 months 
• Foundational knowledge of one of the stacks above (Node.js, .NET, or Python) plus React on the front end 
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ level 
• Proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn new things 
• An engineering mindset — you're here to grow as an engineer first, not to lock yourself into one technology 
• Ambition and readiness to take ownership of your own growth
