As the platform’s user base expanded, its original architecture could no longer support performance needs or accommodate the client’s vision for AI-enhanced features. Tunebat partnered with Honeycomb Software to redesign the entire platform, improving speed, scalability, and usability while enabling faster development of new tools. 

The Honeycomb Software team took ownership of the full-cycle product development process, from initial planning and system architecture to software engineering, quality assurance, deployment, and support.  

The collaboration began with a full rebuild and redesign of the platform. After a series of discovery sessions with the client’s CTO and daily stand-up meetings with the team, a new architecture was proposed to support improved performance and flexibility.
